As part of your use of the services provided within ATHENE for cooperation and information exchange, we process your name and your E-Mail-Address and/or your login as well as all data provided by you within the scope of your use of the services (e.g. photos, documents, posts and comments, contact data, booking requests for SIT-Infrastructure or SIT-Services). The services usually also store when you logged into the service as well as a versioning history showing which user performed which action and when (e.g. editing or changing information in a document, deleting a document). All of the above data can be viewed by all users of the service. By using the intranet, based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, we use the Leadlab service and its tracking pixel technology to analyze user behavior. For this, a pseudonym is used, and the data is anonymized to the extent possible.

Your personal data may be processed by contract data processors, especially for the maintenance and further development of the ATHENE collaboration environment.

You can delete your personal data yourself with most of the collaboration and information exchange services provided. You can contact admin@remove.this.athene-center.de if you need assistance in deleting your data.
