Best Paper Award for the research group of Prof. Ahmad-Reza Sadeghi
Award at DAC 2015
The paper HAFIX: Hardware-Assisted Flow Integrity Extension by Orlando Arias, Lucas Davi, Matthias Hanreich, Yier Jin, Patrick Koeberl, Debayan Paul, Ahmad-Reza Sadeghi and Dean Sullivan received a Best Paper Award at the Design Automation Conference (DAC) 2015. Prof. Dr. Ahmad-Reza Sadeghi, head of the System Security Lab, said: "This is a big honor for us and our collaborators and shows that our research is competitive at international level. Further, it was highly visible at DAC how the security topic has emerged and how important it has become."

The 52nd Design Automation Conference took place in San Francisco from June 7 to 11, 2015. It is recognized as the premier conference for design and automation of electronic systems.
