Consul General James W. Herman enquires about Cyber­security research in Darmstadt

Consul General James W. Herman visited Fraunhofer SIT to enquire about the excellent research results of Fraunhofer SIT and CRISP. A few weeks ago a "Lunchon" was held at the US Consultate in Frankfurt on the topic of Cyber­security, where Prof. Michael Waidner attended as one of about 15 representatives of economy and authorities from the greater area Frankfurt.

The here started exchange of the current state of Cyber­security in Germany and of the significant differences between Germany and the USA regarding Cyber­security could now be continued.
