ATHENE Junior Lab

The early acquisition of cybersecurity and privacy protection skills promotes digital literacy, enabling young people to use digital technologies in an informed and responsible manner. ATHENE and its partner institutions are collaborating to implement a variety of educational initiatives aimed at systematically raising young people's awareness of cybersecurity and privacy protection. Through practical teaching, young people receive valuable guidance for their future career choices, not only in technology-related fields. Early exposure to cybersecurity and privacy protection issues strengthens personal skills and social security standards in the long term.

Girls´Day

On Girls' Day, ATHENE at Fraunhofer SIT offers a diverse programme covering topics such as privacy protection, fake images, fake news, deep face manipulation and programming. The programme also provides insights into training as an IT specialist (system integration).
