The next ATHENE Lecture will feature Prof. Ulrich Rührmair from LMU Munich / University of Connecticut. In his talk "Scalable Security without Classical Secrets", he addresses the important questions of how we can put secret keys into billions of mobile and low-cost devices so that they can effectively protect against adversarial access there, and how security can be maintained even in the face of potentially untrustworthy hardware manufacturers. In response to these questions, he outlines how the recent primitive Physical Unclonable Function (PUF) can be useful for these issues.
The ATHENE Lecture will take place virtually via Zoom, the language of the lecture is English.
Participation is free of charge. Registration is requested by 24.03.2023.
ATHENE Lecture Series is organized by Prof. Haya Shulman, Goethe University Frankfurt | Fraunhofer SIT
