At its core, the aim is to develop new systems and to update existing systems in a way that cryptographic changes can be applied seamlessly, and robust security can be offered.  The workshop will examine both the threats to existing cryptographic methods and innovative opportunities for businesses, ranging from automated management tools to flexible update systems for existing infrastructure.

ATHENE at DMEA 2025

Researchers at Fraunhofer IGD are working on the ATHENE project with the aim of driving forward digitalisation in the healthcare sector by improving data security. At DMEA, Europe’s leading event for digital health, they will provide insights into the current state of cybersecurity research for the digital transformation in medicine at the Fraunhofer joint stand in Hall 2.2, Stand D109.
