Eurographics Gold Medal 2018 goes to Prof. Dieter W. Fellner
For his extraordinary carrier and merits for the advancements of computer graphics, Prof. Dr. techn. Dieter W. Fellner, Fraunhofer IGD, was honored and distinguished. However the international research organization for computer graphics didn't award Fellner the gold medal just for his research: He was also honored for the leading position he has been holding for years at the Eurographics Association.
