World Usability Day
Every year on the second Thursday of November the World Usability Day is celebrated worldwide. On this day everything is about the easy handling of products. The SECUSO-research group, headed by Prof. Melanie Volkamer, of TU Darmstadt uses this as an opportunity to publish a new version of PassSec+, the popular, user-friendly Firefox Add-On for the protection of passwords, payment information and privacy.

Start-Up Workshop for Cybersecruity-founders at TU Darmstadt

Kick-off of Hessian-Israel Partnership Accelerator (HIPA)
HIPA is organized by CRISP-member Fraunhofer SIT in Darmstadt and the Cybersecurity Center at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and connects one of Europe‘s leading research locations with Israel‘s vibrant start-up scene. As project manager Dr. Haya Shulman, Fraunhofer SIT, coordinates the activities. This week the kick-off event took place in Israel.
